I was asked to be a guest on a Woman’s podcast program yesterday. For an half-hour I had the privilege of speaking to a predominantly (I assume) women’s audience to talk about Biblical Fatherhood. It gave me a little bit of apprehension on two fronts…first, biblical fatherhood is a big topic and I certainly don’t feel that I know all there is to know or practice when it comes to being a dad who exemplifies biblical fathering. Second, it was to a female audience and a lot of what I believe in the area of roles and responsibilities may not be very well received in a feminized culture. Jennifer Booth (www.jenniferbooth.com) was the host and the one who invited me to be a guest on her weekly podcast, My Journey of Faith.

I was asked a question that I thought I might be asked but didn’t know for sure and that was, “As a wife, how can I help my husband in this area of being a biblical father?”
You should listen to the podcast for my response and let me know if I missed anything significant and make your suggestions in the comment area below. Actually, let me ask you the same question and see how you would respond…If you were asked that by a radio host of a mostly female/wife audience, how would YOU respond?
